Hyundai Santa Fe: Front Seat Back Cover. Repair procedures

Remove the front seat assembly.
|
| 2. |
Remove the front seat shield outer cover.
|
| 3. |
Pull up the front seat headrest (A) while pressing the locking
pin (B).
|
| 4. |
To remove the front seat headrest (A), put the grimlet (B) into
the gap to press the locking pin (C).
|
| 5. |
Remove the front seat lower protector (A).
|
| 6. |
Loosen the front seat back board mounting screws (A).
|
| 7. |
To remove the front seat back board (A), slightly broaden the
gap of the upper side of the board and then press the locking pins (B)
with a (-) driver.

To remove the air ventilation seat back duct (A), widen the both
sides of the clips (B) as the direction of the arrow and then pull down
the air ventilation seat back duct.

Push the protecter (A) by the front seat back frame.
|
| 10. |
Remove the velcro tape (A).
|
| 11. |
Remove the front seat lower protector (A).
|
| 12. |
Disconnect the connectors (A) and front seat wiring harness (B).

| 13. |
Loosen the side airbag (SAB) mounting nuts (A).
|
| 14. |
Remove the side airbag wiring harness (A).
|
| 15. |
Turn the front seat back cover inside out. Then pull out the headrest
guides (A) while pinching the upper part of the guides, and remove them.
|
| 16. |
Remove the front seat back cover (A) from the front seat back
frame.
|
| 17. |
After removing the hog-ring clips (A) on the front of seat back
and remove the front seat back cover (B).
|
| 18. |
Install in the reverse order of removal.
